Intentional
Motivated
Positive
Being intentional simply means having a purpose. Intentional performers have a goal for everything they do, allowing them to perform in the moment.
Motivation is the drive to perform. Motivated individuals are excited to push through any situation, hoping to improve and be challenged.
Positive performers choose to be optimistic in all situations. They recognize their small victories, see mistakes as growth, and find ways to encourage others
Adaptable
Confident
Tenacious
A confident performer trusts in themselves and their abilities. They have a strong understanding of their value and don’t compare themselves to others for validation.
Adaptability means adjusting to meet the demands of a performance. These performers are able to work well with others and respond well to feedback in order to improve themselves and thrive.
Tenacity is being able to stand firm in adversity. A tenacious performer is one who confronts their fears, perseveres through setbacks, and focuses on what they can control.
I never lose. I either win or learn.
