1:1 Coaching

Together, we will create mental strategies that you can use on a day to day basis to improve your performance.

Team Sessions
Team sessions are a great way to introduce mental skills to an team. While these sessions will not be as individualized as 1:1 coaching, they will educate teams on the importance of mental skills, and how they can apply them to improve their team’s performance. Common topics for a team session include communication, teamwork, confidence, and routines.
